• Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding • Act as the trusted first point of contact for managers and employees • Maintain accurate and compliant HR processes, records and HRIS data • Support payroll, benefits and external providers • Manage HR documentation, contracts and employee communications • Run end-to-end recruitment for agreed roles, from briefing and advertising through to offer • Partner with hiring managers on requirements, selection and decisions • Manage sourcing, pipelines and candidate experience • Work with external partners when specialist expertise is needed • Improve recruitment processes through technology and AI • Provide practical advice on performance, absence, conduct and other employee matters • Independently handle complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and workplace investigations • Ensure decisions are fair, consistent, policy-aligned and compliant • Seek local or specialist advice and escalate appropriately • Support performance management, development and employee experience initiatives with the HR Business Partner and L&D team • Help develop and implement HR policies reflecting applicable employment requirements • Work effectively across global locations, drawing on local expertise • Simplify and automate HR processes and contribute to the evolving use of HR technology and AI • Contribute to projects improving employee experience, efficiency and scalability • Report directly to the Senior Vice President (Head of HR)
• 8+ years' HR experience with hands-on work across the full employee lifecycle • Strong end-to-end recruitment experience • Strong practical knowledge of employment law and HR compliance across different employment environments • Demonstrable experience independently managing complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and investigations • Proven ability to advise and coach managers on a broad range of people matters • Experience developing and improving HR policies, processes and systems with practical, scalable solutions • Experience working effectively in a remote, globally distributed organisation • Genuine interest in HR technology, automation and AI • Comfortable navigating different employment environments, cultures and ways of working • Solutions-driven, self-directed, collaborative and pragmatic • Comfortable working with autonomy • Curious about how AI and technology can change HR delivery
