📋 Description

• End-to-end delivery of HR services for assigned clients • Maintenance and processing of employee data • Preparation of contracts and HR documents • Responding to HR inquiries and ensuring excellent, customer-focused service • Collaboration with internal teams and client contacts • Participation in HR projects and optimization of workflows and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a university degree in HR, business administration, or a related field • Practical experience in operational HR activities for Germany and/or Austria • Knowledge of German and/or Austrian labor law • Basic knowledge of German and/or Austrian payroll is a plus • Basic understanding of HR processes, employment law frameworks, and best practices is desirable • Structured, reliable, and customer-focused working style • Fluent German (minimum C2) spoken and written and very good English (minimum B2) spoken and written • Experience with HR systems, ideally SAP ERP and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and strong MS Office skills
