📋 Description

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile processes. • Coach engineering teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, and best practices. • Identify and remove blockers that impact team progress and delivery commitments. • Support cross-team coordination and dependency management. • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, delivery metrics, and team feedback. • Promote transparency around progress, risks, priorities, and commitments.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development teams. • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and team delivery practices. • Experience supporting multiple engineering teams in a technology environment. • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. • Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile delivery metrics. • Practical experience using AI tools in day-to-day work.
