📋 Description

• Communicate and collaborate with the product development team and stakeholders • Design, deploy and manage a Kubernetes platform based on Cluster API for bare-metal and cloud providers • Set up and maintain infrastructure for production and staging environments • Design, deploy and manage GitLab CI pipelines, GitOps and Infrastructure as Code • React to monitoring events, including periodic day/night on-call duties • Optimize infrastructure maintenance and support processes • Participate in the design of complex IT systems • Build, maintain and evolve reliable infrastructure for the Sportsbook platform that enables clients to launch and manage online sports betting businesses

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a System Engineer, SRE, DevOps or Platform Engineer • Deep understanding of Linux-like operating systems (administration and troubleshooting) • Practical experience with Kubernetes • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, OCI) • Experience with bare-metal infrastructure and various hosting providers • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane) • Experience with GitOps approach (Flux, ArgoCD) • Experience with GitLab/GitHub CI/CD pipelines setup and maintenance • Experience with configuration management systems (Ansible, Saltstack) • Experience with CDN, traffic and domain management (CloudFlare, Fastly, Akamai, AWS CloudFront/Route53) • Experience with monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana and similar) • Practical experience with PostgreSQL cluster (Patroni, CNPG) • Practical experience with Kafka management (Kafka, Strimzi) • English and Russian language B1+ level (Intermediate+) • Experience with Cluster API (CAPI) and fleet controllers (Sveltos, Fleet) preferred as nice to have • Experience with Oracle OCI preferred as nice to have • Understanding of distributed systems preferred as nice to have • Programming skills in Bash, Python or Go preferred as nice to have • Experience working in Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum) preferred as nice to have • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered tools and platforms to optimize workflows preferred as nice to have
