📋 Description

• Join an agile, international team of developers and testers in Poland and the UK • Design and build modern, scalable solutions from scratch for a strategic IT ecosystem transformation in the travel industry • Develop backend tasks in .NET, maintain APIs, and assist with system integrations • Write clean, testable code and create unit tests with mentor support • Use AI tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and technical research • Participate in code reviews, internal workshops, and technical demos • Analyze bugs and logs • Collaborate with experienced developers • Verify AI-generated solutions before implementation • Demonstrate problem-solving, AI question formulation, answer verification, and technical decision-making during the recruitment process

🎯 Requirements

• Intern or junior .NET developer with solid C# basics and willingness to learn • Hands-on experience through personal projects, a GitHub profile, or commercial exposure • Basic understanding of backend development, Web API, Entity Framework, and databases • Working knowledge of Git and ability to read and improve existing code • Practical skills using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or Gemini for debugging, research, and automation • Understanding of AI limitations, including hallucinations, data security, privacy, and verification requirements • English proficiency at B2 level or higher • Strong communication skills, independence, curiosity, and readiness to receive constructive feedback • Active GitHub profile or portfolio of post-hours applications • Basic knowledge of SQL and database optimization • First experience writing unit tests • Strong interest in work automation and productivity tools • Continuous self-development and problem-solving mindset
