📋 Description

• Own and manage the customer onboarding process • Understand customer needs and ensure accurate system integration • Drive process improvement by developing best practices • Oversee multiple onboarding projects simultaneously • Collaborate with clients on specific configurations and customizations • Manage and execute development tasks related to onboarding new clients

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a backend software engineer • Strong focus on Python (Flask) • Proficiency in PostgreSQL • Familiarity with other database systems • Experience in frontend development using React • Strong knowledge of Git • Familiarity with SQL • Nice-to-have: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Proven ability to embrace rapid prototyping • Demonstrated interest in taking ownership of major initiatives • Effective team player • Comfortable working with a certain level of autonomy
