⢠As part of the Customer Success team, you support our customers in resolving open issues and problems. ⢠Your focus is on providing support by phone and in writing via our ticketing system. ⢠You advise our customers and help answer their inquiries quickly and efficiently. ⢠At the same time, you actively contribute to improving our internal processes, thereby strengthening the foundation of our company. ⢠You always find a solution and support not only our customers in resolving their inquiries and concerns but also your colleagues in other areas. ⢠With your experience using ticketing systems, you process and prioritize incoming requests. ⢠Thanks to your competence and service orientation, you answer our customers' questions professionally and courteously over the phone. ⢠You work closely with various teams to ensure requests are resolved quickly and satisfactorily. ⢠Once you are familiar with your responsibilities, you also support new team members by helping provide a comprehensive Customer Success onboarding.

You communicate with our customers in German and are comfortable switching to English when required. ⢠Team player: You enjoy working in a motivated and effective team and value cross-departmental collaboration.
