📋 Description

• Install, service, maintain, and repair hygiene dispensing, chemical dosing, and TASKI floorcare equipment • Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, mechanical, and automation-related faults • Carry out planned preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs • Install and commission new equipment at customer sites • Provide technical support and build strong customer relationships • Maintain van stock to maximise first-time fix rates • Complete service reports and update Salesforce records • Work safely and in line with company standards at all times

🎯 Requirements

• Recognised Electrical or Electronic qualification preferred • Experience in field service, maintenance, installation, or engineering roles • Strong electrical, electronic, and automation fault-finding skills • Comfortable working on electro-mechanical equipment • Able to work independently and manage your workload effectively • Strong customer service, communication, and IT skills • Full, clean driving licence • Flexible to travel across the region, including occasional overnight stays (typically around two nights per month)
