📋 Description

• Define and execute global category strategies for HR, Marketing, and Legal • Transform Indirect Procurement into a digitally enabled, strategic capability • Drive governance, value creation, digital adoption, and advanced ways of working • Lead the transformation of Indirect Procurement to best-in-class • Direct digital enablement of Consulting and Financial Services procurement • Lead complex global sourcing initiatives and negotiations • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR, Marketing, Legal, and executive leadership • Develop advanced commercial models and ensure compliance with policies • Monitor market, technology, and regulatory trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred • 10–15+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement, category management, or commercial leadership • Deep expertise in HR, Marketing and/or Legal Services procurement • Proven track record of building or transforming procurement capabilities in global organizations • Experience driving digital procurement initiatives and operating model changes • Strong exposure to executive-level stakeholder engagement and enterprise transformation programs • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Procurement transformation and change management • Digital and data-driven mindset • Executive stakeholder influence • Advanced commercial and negotiation skills • Strong financial and analytical capability • Global mindset and cultural fluency
