📋 Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts through personal visits and follow-up on a regular basis. • Secure account penetration and loyalty, by adding overall value to customer accounts; improving current programs and introducing new innovations and reporting. • Drive engagement with customers to ensure needs are met, apprise customers of mutual performance, new products, programs and market trends through periodic and formal Business Reviews. • Develop and qualify leads within respective geography to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling, partner-selling, lead-generation campaigns, and modern social selling techniques. • Gain new business and incremental revenue to meet sales targets. • Retain, manage, and grow the existing customer base. • Provide multi-product solution opportunities through presentations, training, and demonstrations. • Provide customer training and support as needed across the customer's entire enterprise. • Collaborate with retail leaders and support teams to ensure profit and value propositions • Accurately complete administrative duties; budgeting, forecasting and expenses. • Perform work in a safe manner and use appropriate personal protective equipment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. • Minimum 5 years outside sales experience in Distributor Sales, Chemical Sales, Manufacturing, or Food Service. • 2+ years of Food Safety and Sanitation experience preferred • Proven negotiation, relationship management, communication and presentation skills • Strategic thinking, financial acumen, negotiation skills, conflict resolution skills and strong analytical skills. • Expertise with Microsoft Office products and Salesforce CRM. • Experience with warewashing, laundry equipment, and installation is a plus. • Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
