• Manage and grow existing distributor accounts, driving sales across the full Diversey UK portfolio. • Collaborate with channel partners to create and implement business plans that support mutual growth. • Dedicate 75% of your time to developing existing accounts and 25% to securing new distributor partnerships. • Deliver outstanding service, meeting contractual commitments and creating added value for partners. • Foster strong, multi-level relationships within distributor organizations to support long-term success. • Lead strategic business reviews and coordinate with marketing on impactful channel campaigns. • Establish Diversey as the distributor’s partner of choice through insight, innovation, and collaboration.
• Minimum 5 years in sales, with a strong track record of success in managing channel or distributor partnerships. • Strong financial and strategic thinking, with experience in pricing, deal formulation, and negotiation. • Experience in contract cleaning, facilities management, hotels, restaurants and catering, food and beverage or healthcare sectors. • A team player who thrives in partnership environments and knows how to motivate and align distributor teams.
