📋 Description

• Participate in evaluating and selecting launch projects to align with financial and strategic goals. • Assemble and guide cross-functional launch teams with the resources needed to achieve success. • Oversee the creation of comprehensive sales training, marketing materials, and equipment readiness to support market entry. • Guide the team in market introduction, adapt strategies to counter competition, identify secondary markets, and plan for ongoing growth and product refreshment. • Work closely with business management to address supply chain challenges and collaborate with R&D to ensure quality and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Documented success in a launch or equivalent role. • Strong leadership and project management skills. • Experience in the Institutional or related industry is preferred. • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
