📋 Description

• optimizing the North American Microbio product portfolio • improving margin performance, reducing product costs • partnering with sales and marketing to increase win rates • aligning product mix to enhance competitiveness, margins, and growth • leading product slate rationalization • maintaining a fact-based view of competitors • guiding marketing, pricing, and sales teams on product positioning • owning and managing pricing strategy • ensuring products are manufactured at optimal plants • developing regional supply strategies for raw materials, feedstock, and finished goods • managing relationships with critical third-party suppliers • collaborating with supply chain and procurement • contributing product and industry expertise to key deals, campaigns, and proposals • supporting marketing-led efforts by advising on segment prioritization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or better in a technical field • 3–5+ years of experience in the MB product line • exposure to the pricing process • Strategic thinker and problem solver • Strong time management and cross-functional people management skills • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across multiple teams • Financial and business acumen • Excellent interpersonal skills • Executive presence and ability to influence • Candidates with technical applications and sales experience are preferred • Strong written and oral presentation skills
