📋 Description

• Provide technical expertise and support to sales representatives, distributors, and customers. • Support customer engagements during the sales process, both remotely and on-site. • Assist customers in maximizing the value and benefits of Solenis products and services. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical product and service-related issues. • Partner closely with commercial teams to develop and implement customer solutions. • Deliver technical sales support across multiple sites and customer locations. • Act as a subject matter expert across a broad range of products and solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical aptitude and a passion for problem-solving. • Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and customers. • Experience in technical support, sales support, water treatment, chemical solutions, cleaning and hygiene, or related industries is an advantage. • Willingness to engage directly with customers and provide on-site support when required.
