📋 Description

• Manage and mentor a team of Field Sales Representatives, providing guidance and support to drive performance and achieve sales targets. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and meet or exceed revenue goals. • Create and deliver accurate sales forecasts based on territory insights and market trends. • Conduct regular on-site visits and check-ins with clients and prospects, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions during field engagements, maximizing revenue potential. • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to clients and train your team on effective sales techniques. • Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to align our offerings with client needs in the field. • Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, team performance, and client interactions within CRM systems. • Attend industry events and trade shows to drive sales and generate leads, positioning Solera as a thought leader in the market.

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in business, marketing, or a related field. • A minimum of 5 years of field sales management experience in the collision industry, with a proven record of success, particularly in SaaS solutions. • Prior experience within the automotive repair and collision industry is required. • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team, driving performance and achieving sales goals. • Proficient in negotiating business terms with line-of-business leaders, senior management, and C-level executives. • A consistent history of exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to changing customer needs. • Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for success.
