• Lead high-impact programs across Solera’s Payment Solutions initiatives • Drive delivery, integration, and process improvement in alignment with company goals • Coordinate with Payment Facilitators, hardware vendors, and service providers to ensure successful delivery • Collaborate with leadership to define and prioritize projects, establish scope, timelines, and resources • Oversee cross-functional collaboration from pre-sales to support • Act as liaison for executive and departmental stakeholders, ensuring objectives are met • Deliver large-scale IT, organizational, and process integrations focusing on cost savings, reporting, and culture alignment
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) • 8+ years of experience in program/project management or business facilitation • 2+ years of experience leading large-scale tech/data-driven transformations • Technical Proficiency in: MS Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Power BI, SharePoint, Lucidchart or equivalent flow diagram software, Salesforce
