📋 Description
• Customize Salesforce to meet the company’s business needs • Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture • Assist with deployment and provisioning activities • Perform Salesforce business analysis functions and duties • Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, software architects, and IT professionals to implement Salesforce solutions • Understand, analyze, and document business processes and requirements • Create clear, concise functional documentation • Identify potential system issues and risks associated with development efforts • Maintain system security, privacy rules, and system integrity • Optimize internal processes and write knowledge-base documentation • Enforce SOC, SOX, and PCI audit policies to ensure system compliance
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with technical background • At least 6 years’ experience as a Salesforce.com Developer • Experience with both Salesforce Classic and Lightning platforms • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required • Salesforce Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, Industries CPQ Developer, and OmniStudio Developer certifications are a plus • High functional and system knowledge of Salesforce.com, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud, especially configuration • Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments • Proficiency in development, customization, integrations, APIs, SOAP/REST services, and deployment functions • Ability to analyze and document business requirements and processes in writing • Ability to analyze business and technical problems related to Salesforce.com and find effective solutions • Fluency in English, oral and written
