📋 Description

• Gather data from databases, APIs, and spreadsheets • Ensure collected data is accurate, complete, and relevant • Contribute to data pipelines and maintain transformation logic • Turn raw data into analysis-ready datasets • Use statistical techniques and data visualization to identify trends, patterns, and correlations • Create dashboards, reports, and charts • Define key metrics with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders • Provide data-driven recommendations that shape the product roadmap • Ensure data is secure, well-documented, and accessible • Analyze blockchain and off-chain product data to understand user journeys, retention, churn, market share, competing products, asset movement, and opportunities for products, features, and integrations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or engineering involving large amounts of different types of data • Experience with hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and other statistical methods • Proficiency in at least one programming language for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis • Strong skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar business intelligence tools • Experience integrating AI tools such as Claude Code into an engineering workflow • Solid experience using Excel or Google Sheets for quick analysis and pivot tables • Basic understanding of ETL processes and tools • Fintech/banking/insurance industry experience is nice to have • Experience processing blockchain data using sources such as Dune or Solscan is nice to have
