📋 Description

• Gather data from databases, APIs, and spreadsheets and ensure it is accurate, complete, and relevant • Contribute to the data pipeline by building and maintaining transformation logic for analysis-ready datasets • Use statistical techniques and data visualization to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations • Create dashboards, reports, and charts that communicate findings clearly • Work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define key metrics • Provide data-driven recommendations that shape the product roadmap • Ensure data is secure, well-documented, and accessible • Analyze on-chain blockchain data and off-chain product data to understand user journeys, retention, churn, market share, assets, products, features, and integrations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or engineering involving large amounts of different types of data • Experience with hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and other statistical methods • Proficiency in at least one programming language for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis • Strong skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar • Solid experience using Excel or Google Sheets for quick analysis and pivot tables • Basic understanding of ETL processes and tools • Fintech/banking/insurance industry experience is nice to have • Experience with processing blockchain data, such as using Dune or Solscan, is nice to have
