📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and enhance clear dashboards and intelligent alerts for infrastructure and business rules • Ensure real-time visibility into system health • Analyze, parse, and centralize logs • Configure and monitor APM metrics to optimize performance • Develop and maintain automation solutions for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using IaC • Participate in troubleshooting and production incident resolution • Use observability data for rapid diagnostics and root cause analysis • Collaborate with development teams to promote best practices in resilience, instrumentation, and metrics collection

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, or Infrastructure professional with a strong focus on observability • Strong knowledge of monitoring and observability tools • Hands-on experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Alertmanager, Thanos, Fluent Bit, Promtail, and the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana) • Expertise in log analysis and parsing, ensuring the standardization and quality of structured data • Hands-on experience using APM (Application Performance Monitoring) tools • Ability to create effective dashboards and predictive/reactive alerts • Solid knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems • Experience with cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Knowledge of CI/CD practices • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Puppet • Familiarity with software development or scripting (Python, Go, Bash, etc.) — a plus • Cloud or observability tool certifications — a plus • Certifications from public cloud providers — a plus • Experience with AI agents and automated workflows — a plus
