• Lead full-cycle recruitment for international business, product, and tech roles — from sourcing to offer. • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver results deeply. • Build, maintain, and nurture talent pipelines for key and hard-to-fill positions. • Design and execute outreach strategies that attract top-tier candidates globally. • Continuously improve recruitment processes — making hiring smarter, faster, and more effective. • Represent Solidgate as an ambassador of our brand and culture to candidates worldwide.
• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting (preferably in fast-growth tech companies) • A proven track record of hiring top talent in competitive markets • Outstanding sourcing skills — you know how to find and engage candidates everywhere • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • A growth mindset: you don’t just follow processes, you challenge and improve them • Advanced English
