📋 Description
• Collaborates with lending counterparts from Solidifi’s clients during the closing process • Responsible for reviewing daily closing calendar to ensure all documents have been delivered • Monitor pipelines with a focus on turn times • Conduct final review of all documents and deliver the document package to the notary or attorney for signing • Understands standard refinance process and answer questions from both lenders and borrowers • Maintain exceptional problem-solving skills as transactions differ and require understanding of new information for state and client requirements
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 1-2 years prior industry experience in title/escrow required, closing experience a plus • Knowledge of lending requirements and standard loan documentation • Experience with ResWare or a similar workflow software system is an asset • Skills in written and verbal communication, as well as an ability to multitask • Experience with Microsoft Office programs • Ability to work and communicate in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
