• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in B2B (excluding internships) as an Acquisition/Traffic Manager or Growth Hacker • Digital marketing specialist with strong command of channels and tools • Curious, creative, and passionate about new technologies, the web, and growth hacking; embraces a 'test-and-learn' approach • Autonomous, proactive, resourceful, rigorous, and organized • Bold, with a strong taste for challenge • Strong analytical and synthesis skills and a close tracker of campaign performance • Good written and verbal communication skills • Enjoys working in a team and firmly believes in the power of collaboration
