📋 Description

• Lead initiatives to map, redesign, and optimize corporate processes • Define methodologies, standards, and best practices for process management • Identify opportunities for digital transformation, automation, and the application of Artificial Intelligence • Develop strategic metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and ROI analyses • Translate business needs into requirements for systems, automations, and Artificial Intelligence solutions • Conduct feasibility studies, proofs of concept (POCs), and improvement projects • Support process governance, risk management, and internal controls • Support and lead audits, certifications, and the maintenance of ISO standards • Produce executive analyses to support senior leadership • Serve as a technical reference, guiding teams and promoting a culture of continuous improvement • Handle more complex demands and projects, as well as other activities related to the role
