📋 Description

• **How you´ll help us:** • As Product Manager, • We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of our Apps, Monitoring portal and APIs. The ideal candidate has a strong background within apps, working in agile teams, and a passion for renewable energy. • In this key role, you will be right at the center of our strong PM team given that every product and feature interact with the app! • You own the customer journey for both installers and end-users and can rely on support from all your skilled colleagues throughout the world, as they rely on you to provide an excellent user experience in your app, portal and other HMIs. Likewise, you can manage and develop the API portfolio, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders. • Reporting to the Director, EMS & Apps in Germany you will work closely with your colleagues in Shanghai and Suzhou to ensure a smooth commissioning and great user experience for our solar, battery, EV, and energy management solutions. • With your positive attitude and great collaboration-skills you are certain to be in an exciting, challenging and fulfilling position!

🎯 Requirements

• **Your background and skills:** • - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • - 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager for mobile apps, preferably in the solar, renewable energy, or technology industry. • - Demonstrated record of launching and scaling mobile apps (50K+ users or equivalent impact). • - Strong grasp of UI/UX best practices and hands-on experience with Figma or similar. • - Deep knowledge of agile product development (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management tools like Jira. • - Proficiency with RESTful APIs, API versioning, and working alongside engineering teams • - Excellent written and verbal communication in English; adept at stakeholder alignment across technical and non-technical teams • - Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. • - Passion for sustainability and renewable energy. • **Your attributes:** • - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • - Self-motivated and performance-driven. • - Can-do attitude and hands-on mindset. • - Proactive, dynamic, solution-oriented, and customer-focused.
