📋 Description

• Clarify pre-sales technical questions, designs, and solutions for customers and the sales team • Deliver online or onsite training to Solplanet colleagues, distributors, and installers • Speak at Solplanet or channel partners’ online and offline events • Collect and share market information, including trends, policies, regulations, competitors, products, and services • Prepare the quarterly Regional Business Review (RBR) • Develop workable after-sales service infrastructure and methods for Southeast Asian markets • Provide technical troubleshooting support via phone or digital channels • Provide training, application engineering services, and technical consultancy for solar PV inverters, energy storage systems, and EV chargers • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, installers, EPCs, developers, and end users • Collaborate with sales teams to maintain customer relationships and strengthen customer loyalty • Provide remote or onsite commissioning support • Collaborate with international and local colleagues and departments to resolve customer issues • Plan and coordinate logistics for inverter replacements and assist with inverter collection • Support qualification, onboarding, and management of new service partners • Document case information using CRM software • Identify opportunities to improve products and processes, customer satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness • Collect customer satisfaction feedback to improve the after-sales process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or above technical degrees, preferably in electrical engineering, renewable energy, photovoltaic engineering, or similar disciplines • Fluent in local language and business fluent in English • In-depth knowledge of technical requirements for PV, energy storage systems, and EV chargers in distribution and/or utility-scale segments • Knowledge of product specifications, grid code requirements, competitive landscape, and tender requirements • Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Prior work experience in a PV-related industry is advantageous but not necessary • Self-motivated and performance driven • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Can-do attitude and hands-on mindset • Proactive, dynamic, solution-oriented, and customer-oriented
