• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic account management • Direct experience in Bitcoin mining, digital asset infrastructure, or adjacent energy markets • Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-million dollar infrastructure or energy-related deals • Strong understanding of BTC mining economics (hashprice sensitivity, fleet efficiency, uptime economics, hosting margin dynamics) • Experience negotiating long-term commercial contracts • Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders • Financial and analytical rigor; comfortable modeling deal economics • Executive presence and ability to influence senior decision-makers • High resilience and adaptability in volatile market environments • Strong interest in renewable energy and infrastructure markets.
