📋 Description

• Manage, monetize and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, with a focus on individual equity starting from BRL 50 million in total portfolio AUM • Conduct consultative asset allocation meetings aligned with each client's risk profile and financial objectives • Monitor macroeconomic scenarios • Present comprehensive financial solutions, including Fixed Income, Equities, Funds, Pension/Retirement products, International Products and Structured Products • Engage in prospecting new clients and execute MGM (Member-Get-Member) and networking strategies • Maintain continuous, high-quality relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction (NPS) • Enhance results and expand the asset base with operational support, product resources, wealth planning and technical advisory

🎯 Requirements

• Active certification: Ancord (AAI) or CEA / CFP® depending on the operating structure • Proven experience in investment advisory, Private Banking or financial consulting at Mid or Senior levels • Demonstrated track record managing portfolios starting from BRL 50 million in AUM • Strong knowledge of investment products in domestic and international markets • Excellent communication, negotiation skills and emotional intelligence • Permanent residence in the state of São Paulo • University degree in actuarial and financial sciences, foreign trade, finance, economics, financial management, business, administration, accounting or related fields • More than 10 years of professional experience • Preferred: CFP® or CGA certification • Preferred: active network of contacts in the High Net Worth (HNW) segment • Preferred: prior experience working remotely with a focus on deliverables and targets
