📋 Description

• Manage, monetize and expand a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, focusing on individual equity with a minimum of R$ 50 million in total portfolio • Conduct consultative asset allocation meetings aligned with each client's risk profile and financial objectives • Monitor macroeconomic scenarios and developments • Present comprehensive financial solutions, including fixed income, equities, funds, pension products, international products and structured products • Prospect and onboard new clients • Develop MGM (Member Get Member) strategies and networking initiatives • Maintain continuous, high-quality relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction (NPS) • Grow the asset base and operate with a strong focus on deliverables and targets

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in finance, financial management, economics, business administration, accounting, actuarial and financial sciences, or foreign trade • Active certification: Ancord (AAI) or CEA / CFP® according to the scope of activity • Proven experience in investment advisory, Private Banking or financial consulting at Mid or Senior levels • Over 10 years of professional experience • Proven track record managing portfolios of R$ 50 million or more in AUM • Strong knowledge of investment products in domestic and international markets • Excellent communication, negotiation skills and emotional intelligence • Permanent residence in the state of São Paulo • CFP® or CGA considered a plus • Active network of contacts within the High Net Worth (HNW) segment is a plus • Previous experience working remotely with a focus on deliverables and targets is a differential
