📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients across property carriers, TPAs, MGAs, and adjacent industry segments. • Develop deep understanding of each customer's property and auto claims operations, challenges, and strategic priorities. • Build and maintain strong executive and operational relationships to drive long-term retention and expansion. • Identify opportunities to expand adoption of Solvd's solutions within property and auto claims workflows. • Lead renewal cycles, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure alignment with customer goals and Solvd's value proposition. • Ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing performance of Solvd solutions across property and auto estimating workflows. • Monitor KPIs such as cycle time reduction, cost savings, accuracy improvements, and workflow efficiency. • Work closely with Product, Operations, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success/operations, or strategic partnerships — preferably within the property insurance or property claims space. • Strong background in property insurance, property claims management, estimating, or related disciplines; auto claims experience is a plus. • Familiarity with property estimating platforms, catastrophe response workflows, repair networks, or subrogation processes in a property context. • Demonstrated success selling into or managing accounts with property carriers, TPAs, MGAs, or adjusting firms. • Experience with AI‑enabled or SaaS workflow solutions. • Background working in high‑growth or startup environments. • Proven ability to manage complex accounts with multiple stakeholders and high expectations. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive‑level presentation skills. • Ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and translate insights into action.
