📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain a cloud-native platform supporting AI and data workloads, focused on Databricks and AWS Bedrock • Build and manage scalable data pipelines for ML and analytics use cases • Develop infrastructure-as-code with CloudFormation and AWS CDK • Integrate AI models and LLMs into production systems, including RAG architectures and model-serving workflows • Drive observability through monitoring, alerting, and logging across AI platforms • Collaborate with AI engineers, data engineers, and platform teams to improve model performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency • Contribute to the evolution of the AI platform for new ML frameworks, workflows, and data types • Stay current with emerging tooling and recommend architecture and operations improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in software and infrastructure engineering • Extensive production experience building and maintaining AI/ML infrastructure, including model deployment, lifecycle management, and serving workflows • Production-level experience with Databricks and MLflow, including model registration, versioning, asset bundles, and serving • Strong AWS and infrastructure-as-code knowledge, specifically AWS CDK • Expert-level coding skills in Python and TypeScript for robust APIs and backend services • Strong Docker containerization knowledge and hands-on CI/CD pipeline experience • Ability to design reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure for real-time and batch ML workloads • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Familiarity with DSPy or similar LLM orchestration frameworks • Experience with LLM cost monitoring, latency optimization, and usage analytics in production • Knowledge of vector databases and embedding stores such as OpenSearch for semantic search and RAG architectures • Experience with ECS or other container orchestration tools • Required English proficiency level indicated on the application form • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based is requested on the application form
