• Providing expertise in coding performance and best practices • Analyzing data to enhance client experience • Leading client consultations for optimization • Supporting and collaborating with multiple teams • Creating presentation content for clients
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of experience in Health Information Management • Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or Certified Coding Professional (CPC) • Excellent knowledge of disease and procedure classification systems • Strong database computer skills • Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease processes • Outpatient Facility Coding experience • Knowledge of Evaluation and Management coding and professional billing • Experience with Multi-specialty EM Coding, Radiology Coding, Surgery Coding, Cardiology Coding, Pathology Coding.
