📋 Description

• Lead medium to large, high-visibility cross-functional initiatives supporting commercialization, supply chain readiness, and commercial execution. • Connect commercial strategy with operational execution to enable revenue growth and improved business performance. • Partner with commercial teams to identify opportunities, address constraints, and support customer-aligned execution strategies. • Translate strategic priorities into structured execution plans, milestones, and performance tracking. • Present to internal and external executive stakeholders, enhancing transparency and communication through proactive stakeholder engagement, including senior leadership updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 7 years of supply chain or operations experience AND 4 years of project management experience. • OR Highschool/ GED AND 11 years of supply chain or operations experience AND 6 years of project management experience. • Experience working with demand planning, operations, procurement, logistics, or inventory management. • Experience working with marketing, sales, or commercial operations teams. • Ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership and influence the outcome. • Strong program or project management experience leading medium to large initiatives. • Excellent cross-functional leadership and influencing skills without direct authority. • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and measure outcomes. • Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
