📋 Description

• Develop and implement global and regional sourcing strategies for assigned Corporate Services categories • Establish and manage supplier relationships to ensure cost and service benefits • Negotiate and establish effective supplier contract agreements • Hold suppliers accountable to competitive prices, high quality and best-in-class service • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate procurement strategies and sourcing guidelines and processes • Lead complex, high-value projects and initiatives with broad corporate implications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university OR High School Diploma from an accredited institution and extensive experience in Strategic Sourcing • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance or Legal within a private, public, government or military environment • Language fluency in English (both written and verbal) • Strong negotiation skills with attention to detail • Skilled written and oral communications • Working knowledge of Corporate Services supplier markets • Strong stakeholder management/influencing skills at a senior level • Strong business, contract language and financial acumen • Additional qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics and Supply Chain from an accredited institution • Additional language capabilities in German, Italian and/or French
