📋 Description
• Organizing and leading project team(s) from program inception to delivery • Collaborating with product owner(s), software development teams, and senior leadership • Defining success criteria and metrics to validate program ROI • Managing project schedules and providing status communications • Leading risk management efforts and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or high school diploma with equivalent work experience • 5+ years project / program management experience • Experience with Excel, JIRA, MS Project or similar tools • Ability to present data to generate “call to action”. • Experience in leveraging Agile methodologies and best practices • Previous success in meeting program objectives • Solid written, verbal communication and presentation skills • Conflict resolution skills
