📋 Description
• Support effective global Project Team meetings • Ensure meeting deliverables and agreements are carried out • Lead the team development of the project timeline and budget • Maintain, monitor and report project progress • Communicate difficult concepts to ensure team members understand • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and on budget • Coordinate and compile global project scope documents and plans • Work with project team members to assure alignment • Identify project risks and create mitigation plans • Develop and implement Integrated Development Plan • Ensure alignment of functional goals with relevant Project Team Goals.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 7-10 years of experience • Master's degree (or equivalent) and 5 years of pharmaceutical development experience preferred • PMP certification a plus but not required • Must possess knowledge of pharmaceutical development programs • Must possess Project Management skills such as development of timelines • Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required
