📋 Description

• Manage commercial and institutional relationships with private healthcare organizations and public agencies • Identify opportunities within institutions • Manage existing contracts • Ensure the company’s products and services are the solutions of choice, in compliance with applicable legislation • Positively impact resource management in public and private healthcare institutions • Promote patient access to technologies that improve quality of life • Assist customers in finding solutions for the healthcare market • Serve patients and institutions in the private and public healthcare sectors • Visit customers in Belo Horizonte, Greater Belo Horizonte, and other cities in Minas Gerais

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a healthcare-related field, preferably Nursing • Previous experience in healthcare institutions, particularly in the Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) and Operating Room (OR) • An MBA in Business will be considered an advantage • Proven commercial experience, preferably with a healthcare portfolio • Institutional relationship management with hospital directors, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and clinical engineering teams • Negotiation skills, with a focus on value generation and resource efficiency • Valid driver’s license • Availability to travel 30%–70% of the time • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for work visa status
