📋 Description

• Engage with customers both remotely and onsite to facilitate training for Solventum™ HIS software customers. • Leads demonstrations, and training for customers on Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ and associated Revenue Cycle products, incorporating blended Learning & adult learning concepts. • Implements Delivery of web-based and Live classroom training, as well as contribution to asynchronous training. • Supports project implementations with pre and post-go live participation with key project stakeholders. • Determines applicable Training plans in coordination with customer and implementation resources. • Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum values and ethical standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (5) five years of relevant training experience in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED from AND (11) eleven years of relevant training experience in a private, public, government or military environment • 3 years of Experience in Inpatient, outpatient or Professional coding • 3 years of experience in HIM, Revenue Cycle • 3 years of experience as coder in Hospital setting • RHIA/RHIT Credentials, CCS Certification • Experience with Solventum™ Coding and Reimbursement System (CRS), Solventum™ 360 Encompass™
