📋 Description
• Monitor accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts • Contact customers to collect payments or negotiate installment plans • Use tools like credit bureau data and internet searches to locate customers • Maintain detailed records of contacts and payments • Resolve billing issues and customer complaints • Develop and present payment solutions to management • Post cash receipts and resolve discrepancies • Support billing and AR operations as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced conversational English (C1 level) – bilingual talent only! • Degree in Business or Accounting (preferred) • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to learn new accounting software • High attention to detail and confidentiality • Reliable, trustworthy, and organized
