• Review and validate driver hiring documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Communicate directly with drivers to request missing documents, clarify requirements, and provide updates. • Maintain accurate onboarding status records within internal systems. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve documentation issues efficiently. • Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards. • Ensure all onboarding steps comply with company policies and applicable regulations. • Provide recruitment support as needed.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in call center or high-volume environments • At least 6 months of recruitment experience • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Familiarity with CRM platforms or onboarding systems
