• Monitorear y asegurar el cumplimiento del Formulario I-9 y procesos de E-Verify. • Ejecutar procesos de onboarding y offboarding de empleados internos. • Administrar beneficios de salud, incluyendo ACA, COBRA, y realizar conciliaciones de facturación. • Responder consultas de empleados y personal de campo, asegurando una excelente experiencia del empleado. • Preparar y actualizar reportes relacionados con beneficios, HRIS y cumplimiento. • Coordinar inscripciones y procesos anuales del plan ACA. • Mantener información confidencial de empleados cumpliendo con políticas internas y normativas aplicables. • Apoyar en tareas administrativas adicionales asignadas por el departamento.
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en Recursos Humanos o roles administrativos similares. • Inglés C1 (fluidez oral y escrita). • Manejo de Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Experiencia previa con Formulario I-9 y/o E-Verify (deseable, no obligatorio). • Capacidad para manejar información sensible de manera confidencial. • Excelente organización, atención al detalle, comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
