📋 Description
• Asignar rutas y coordinar entregas según disponibilidad operativa • Monitorear en tiempo real el progreso de las rutas • Mantener comunicación constante con conductores y equipos internos • Resolver incidencias y realizar ajustes operativos cuando sea necesario • Coordinar con almacén, servicio al cliente y otras áreas para asegurar entregas exitosas • Actualizar registros, reportes e información operativa
🎯 Requirements
• Inglés avanzado B2 • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en Dispatcher o coordinación de transporte, logística u operaciones, o Customer Service Representative (BPO) • Disponibilidad total y flexibilidad horaria para trabajar de lunes a domingo entre las 5:00 a.m. y las 8:00 p.m. • Educación Básica Secundaria • Habilidades de inglés y customer service
