• Ejecutar campañas de email (promocionales, transaccionales y lifecycle) • Gestionar flujos automatizados (welcome, abandono de carrito, post-compra, win-back) • Crear segmentaciones y audiencias dinámicas • Analizar performance y optimizar resultados • Ejecutar A/B testing (asuntos, contenido, timing) • Trabajar con equipos de diseño y marketing • Generar reportes y recomendaciones basadas en data
🎯 Requirements
• +2 años en Email Marketing / CRM / Lifecycle (eCommerce) • Inglés avanzado (C1+) • Experiencia sólida con Klaviyo • Experiencia con Shopify • Conocimiento en retention marketing y customer journey • Enfoque analítico (manejo de métricas eCommerce) • Experiencia trabajando de forma remota
