🎯 Requirements
• 3 a 5 años liderando proyectos similares • Español nativo e inglés fluido • Experiencia con CRMs (especialmente HubSpot y Salesforce) • Manejo de herramientas no-code como Make, n8n, Airtable • Uso habitual de IA
