📋 Description

• Manage and organize case files throughout the litigation process • Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel • Draft, format, review, and edit legal documents, pleadings, and discovery responses • Assist attorneys with litigation matters, including trial preparation and exhibit organization • Coordinate case-related deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of Paralegal experience, preferably in Personal Injury Law • Experience with California Personal Injury cases is a strong plus • Familiarity with Clio or other legal case management software is preferred • Ability to navigate filing procedures across multiple jurisdictions • Strong understanding of litigation processes and legal documentation • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Fluent English and Spanish (written and verbal)
