• 1–3 years of administrative, operations, legal support, or office experience • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to apply feedback consistently • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Highly proactive and self-directed learning mindset • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments • Strong internet connection and reliable remote work setup • Proficiency with productivity tools and cloud-based software platforms • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized workflows • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Prior U.S. immigration law or USCIS-related experience (Preferred) • Previous law firm experience in any practice area (Preferred) • Familiarity with Salesforce, Docketwise, Litify, or Neos (Preferred) • Bilingual communication skills, especially Spanish (Preferred) • Customer service, hospitality, or client-facing professional background (Preferred) • Experience using AI tools within professional workflows (Preferred)
