📋 Description
• El/la Reclutador/a se encarga activamente de atraer talento a la organización • Realizar llamadas salientes para contactar candidatos • Buscar perfiles en portales web de empleo • Realizar entrevistas grabadas en video • Agendar citas y apoyar al Coordinador de Personal en el proceso de contratación
🎯 Requirements
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en reclutamiento • Nivel de inglés C1-C2 • Capacidad para gestionar procesos de reclutamiento de alto volumen y largo plazo • Adaptabilidad en entornos dinámicos y rápidos • Seguridad y habilidad para hablar en público, especialmente en webinars • Dominio de sistemas ATS, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace y herramientas de videoconferencia (Zoom, Teams)
