• Identify, research, and segment companies that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), primarily B2B mid-market organizations with complex sales processes. • Develop outbound campaigns and engage decision-makers through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels. • Write thoughtful, value-driven outreach messages that stand out from automated sequences. • Continuously improve outreach strategies, messaging, cadences, and positioning based on performance data. • Measure results, identify patterns, and scale what works. • Work directly with the Founder to qualify opportunities and prioritize meetings with genuine potential. • Maintain organized records of contacts, interactions, responses, and pipeline progression within the CRM.
• 2–3 years of experience in outbound sales, prospecting, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles. • Experience working for a CRM, HubSpot, RevOps, sales consulting, or business consulting agency is highly preferred. • Demonstrated ability to build prospecting lists and generate pipeline from scratch. • Experience using outbound sales and prospecting tools independently. • Native Spanish proficiency. • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
