📋 Description

• Make 300–400 outbound calls daily to re-engage former clients • Identify and qualify new opportunities from inactive accounts • Handle objections confidently and reposition service value • Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM systems • Collaborate with the sales team to pass qualified prospects • Consistently meet or exceed daily activity and performance targets

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, or similar roles (non-CSR) • Proven experience handling high call volumes (150+ daily minimum) • Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills • Experience working in performance-driven environments • Advanced English level (C1 or higher) • Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and metrics • Reliable internet connection and home office setup • Studies Baccalaureate / Middle Education
