• Realizar llamadas a leads y prospectos • Colaborar con equipos internos para compartir feedback e insights • Usar herramientas como Google Reviews y Meta SEO para mejorar el rendimiento del cliente • Apoyar en seguimiento de datos, reporting y campañas de marketing • Brindar atención al cliente bilingüe en inglés y español • Garantizar que todas las interacciones reflejen compromiso con la excelencia
• Bilingüe: inglés y español fluido (hablado y escrito) • Experiencia: 6 meses a 1 año en ventas, marketing o roles de atención al cliente • Conocimiento en herramientas como Google Reviews y plataformas Meta SEO • Mentalidad analítica y orientada a métricas • Colaborativo y capaz de trabajar con diferentes equipos • Plus: manejo de Microsoft Office 365, DHS o CRMs relacionados • Te gusta la comunicación formal y profesional
